Included in Outwater Industries' vast line of products are the metallic plastic u channel mouldings. Our line of plastic metallic channel mouldings are great for use in custom displays and add a nice finishing touch to shelving, furniture, and more. Outwater's beautiful metallic plastic U channels are much lighter and easier to work with than traditional aluminum or stainless steel mouldings and won't tarnish or rust. These metallic u channel moldings also do not require any polishing and will stand up to heavy wear and tear. These mouldings provide the finish and shine of traditional mouldings at a lower cost and can be used in a variety of creative applications including:

Our metallic plastic edge mouldings are manufactured from ABS with a Mylar cover. This material is extremely rigid and provides scuffing and chemical resistance. These mouldings also perform well in low temperature conditions making them useful in a variety of environments. Our line of metallic plastic u channel mouldings features a range of popular sizes and finishes. Our extrusions are produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for our customer's convenience. Outwater offers several specialty cuts including:
  • Standard Cut: cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
  • Non-Standard Cut: cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
  • High Tolerance Secondary Cut: cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
  • In Line Cut: cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.
Our vast selection of extruded profiles and shapes are stocked in Outwater's New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making delivery and shipping faster and more convenient for every customer. Our in-house engineering allows for the production of custom extrusions to meet our customer's needs. If you're having difficulty finding the profile you need please contact our sales department. Outwater's maintains an extensive collection of stock dies that are available along with a free sample program for our customers. Larger samples are also available for all customers who wish to build a prototype for their project.
