Cove Moulding

Outwater Plastics offers a vast collection of quality extrusions and shapes, including our stainless steel and aluminum cove mouldings. These beautiful cove mouldings offer design elegance in any space and can be used in a number of creative applications including:

  • Impact Protection
  • Seam Covering
  • Used in Food Service, Labs, etc.
Our aluminum and stainless-steel cove crown molding profiles are most commonly used to cover seams between kitchen countertops and backsplashes, and can also be used in restaurants and lab environments. The mouldings offer a retro look or finish for restaurants or diners and are very functional and can easily be installed. Outwater's cove mouldings are manufactured from T6063 aluminum and 430 grade stainless steel, both of which are high quality materials that offer durability and long lasting finishes. Both the aluminum and stainless-steel crown moldings offer some corrosion resistant properties and perform well in a range of different environments as well. Our aluminum cove mouldings are available with several styles of holes such as punched holes and counter sunk holes, and come in a range of sizes. The stainless-steel cove mouldings are available in two different styles including our counter edge Snap-On mouldings. Outwater stocks all of our stainless-steel cove mouldings in a Polished/Shiny mirror finish and all of our aluminum cove mouldings are available in a range of finishes including:
  • Polished/Shiny Mirror Finish
  • Stain/Clear Anodized- Dull Matte Finish
  • Brushed Stain
In addition to our available finishes, Outwater also offers a color matching program as well, for all of our customers. All of our aluminum extrusions can be matched with a sample or powder coat number. This allows us to help create custom extrusions for our customers. Outwater's extrusions are produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for our customer's convenience. In addition to our color matching program and manageable roll/stick lengths, Outwater offers several specialty cuts including:
  • Standard Cut: cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx
  • Non-Standard Cut: cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut
  • High Tolerance Secondary Cut: cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance
  • In Line Cut: cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths
All products are stocked in our New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making shipping and delivery faster and more cost effective for all of Outwater's customers. Outwater's maintains an extensive collection of stock dies and our in-house engineering allows us to help customers find custom solutions for any of their projects. Larger pieces are also available for customers who wish to build prototypes for their projects.
