Friezes

Included in Outwater's exclusive collection of architectural products is our line of composite wood friezes. The composite wood friezes can be used with other products from our interior millwork and mouldings collection in order to create a completely cohesive design style. These versatile friezes can be used in a variety of different environments such as restaurants and hotels in order to enhance the overall design of a space. Our friezes are used to form a decorative band around crown moulding and are available in a selection of traditional, modern and classic styles.

Outwater's composite wood friezes are manufactured from a Marupa hardwood and resin mix that is contoured onto a soft wood substrate and provides incredibly intricate detailing for each frieze. The friezes are also produced with a highly textured woodgrain like surface and can be painted stained or faux-finished with any quality latex or oil-based product of your choice. Our friezes are stocked in 6ft and 8ft lengths are available in a range of heights such as:

  • 4-1/2"
  • 6"
  • 10"
