Ball Transfers

Outwater Industries stocks an extensive collection of casters that includes our ball transfers with flange, ball transfers with thread and ball transfers with drop in. The ball transfers with flange are extremely low profile and can be concealed underneath displays without taking away from the design or style. These wheel casters offer a protective cover and low torque which will extend the life and usage of your caster.

Our ball transfers with thread are retrofitted for older display models and feature three different types of ball materials. The nylon ball available we have is nonmarring and gives the caster added floor protection. Our carbon steel ball is very durable and more cost effective than other materials. The stainless-steel ball is corrosion resistant making it perfect for use in warehouses or factory environments.

Like the other ball transfers we offer, the drop in ball transfers are strong and can be used in a number of different applications which includes specialized equipment and conveyor systems. These ball transfers are especially useful when there is no space to mount a top plate. These casters are installed simply by dropping them in, and will carry heavy loads depending on the size of the ball. We offer ball transfer casters with load ratings ranging from 10lbs to 280lbs per caster. These casters are stocked in a selection of wheel diameters including:
