Flexible Plastic U Channel Moulding

One of our many varieties of u channel mouldings that Outwater offers is the flexible plastic u channel mouldings. These mouldings are perfect for unique and creative applications and can conform to a range of various contours and shapes. Some applications that our flexible plastic u channel mouldings can be used for are edge protection, covering seams, impact protection and shelf edging. Our bendable u channel mouldings can be easily used for edge protection on curved displays or shelving and also provides a nice clean, finished look. These beautiful mouldings can be used in a variety of different environments and will stand up to heavy, every day wear and tear. We offer several different types of flexible u channel mouldings that are manufactured from materials such as:

• PVC With Segmented Metal Core
• Nyla-Glide (MDS Modified Nylon)
• Polyethylene
• Dense Neoprene

Our segmented metal core mouldings are more substantial than everyday flexible mouldings and can be bent to fit most curvatures. The metal core keeps the moulding from unbending during or after installation and makes it a much more durable product. The Nyla-Glide flexible u channels feature advanced mechanical and thermal properties. These flexible plastic u channel edgings will resist shape distortion up to 300 degrees, will maintain a better fit, have greater tensile and compression strength, and are not vunerable to fretting and galvanic corrosion. Outwater has a variety of different sizes available and a selection of these mouldings are also stocked in 150 ft. coils for added convenience. These plastic u channel extrusions can be found in a range of colors and finishes and Outwater offers a color matching program for all of our customers. All of the flexible u channel extrusions can be matched to most sample chips or color numbers, which allows us to help create custom extrusions for our customers. Outwater's extrusions are produced in manageable rolls lengths and sticks for our customer's convenience. In addition to our color matching program and manageable roll/stick lengths, Outwater offers several specialty cuts including:

• Standard Cut: cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• Non-Standard Cut: cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
• High Tolerance Secondary Cut: cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
• In Line Cut: cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.

All products are stocked in our New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making shipping and delivery faster and more cost effective for all of Outwater's customers. Outwater's maintains an extensive collection of stock dies and our in-house engineering allows us to help customers find custom solutions for any of their projects.
