Stainless Steel Cap Moulding

Included in Outwater's extensive inventory of products is our unique line of stainless-steel moulding j channel strips. These high-quality stainless J-trims are manufactured from 430 grade stainless steel and can be used in hospitals, food service, and lab environments. They can easily be used as trim or cap walls panels in sterile environments and a selection of these profiles also come in sets with their coordinating divider mouldings. Outwater's stainless-steel caps are highly decorative and make any custom sign or directory look sleek and finished. Our line of stainless-steel cap mouldings have a variety of different uses including:

These stainless siding trims are available in two different sizes, 1/16" and 1/4", and some are available with or without predrilled holes for an easy installation. Our multifunctional stainless steel profiles are available in a polished finish and are produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for our customer's convenience. Additionally, Outwater offers several specialty cuts including:
  • Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
  • Non-Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
  • High Tolerance Secondary Cut: Cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
  • In Line Cut: Cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.
All stainless steel j channels are stocked in our New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making shipping and delivery faster and more cost effective for all of Outwater's customers. Outwater's maintains an extensive collection of stock dies and our in-house engineering allows us to help customers find custom solutions for any of their projects. Outwater offers a free sample program that enables customers to work the products into their projects and to share with other involved with the job. Larger pieces are also available for customers who wish to build prototypes for their projects.
