Color Plastic Cap Moulding

Outwater Industries maintains an extensive inventory of products such as our color plastic cap mouldings. Our color j channels will stand up to heavy wear and tear in high trafficked areas just like the stainless steel or aluminum mouldings, without the high cost. Certain styles of our cap mouldings are also available in sets with the coordinating divider moulding for your convenience. These profiles are manufactured from high quality materials such as Styrene, PVC and ABS. Styrene is cost effective and great for color matching while PVC and ABS have a high impact strength and feature resistance to chemical abrasion. These durable profiles can be used in a variety of unique applications including:

Different styles of our color plastic caps are available with or without adhesive for added convenience in your installation, and these profiles are also available in a variety of sizes. These plastic j mouldings are stocked in an assortment of colors which include white, black, brown, and silver. We offer a color matching program for all of our customers. All of the colored plastic extrusions can be matched to most sample chips or color numbers. This allows us to help create custom extrusions for our customers. Outwater's extruded plastic j channel trims are all produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for added convenience in your buying process. For your convenience, Outwater also offers a variety of specialty cuts which include:

• Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• Non-Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
• High Tolerance Secondary Cut: Cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
• In Line Cut: Cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.

Outwater stocks all plastic channel trims in our Arizona and New Jersey facilities. This enables us to make shipping and delivery faster and much more cost effective for all of our customers.
