Clear Plastic Cap Moulding

Outwater's large inventory of products includes our selection of clear plastic cap mouldings. The clear plastic j-cap mouldings are ideal for creating customs signs or directories in an office or professional building without interfering with the current decor, wall color, or color scheme. Certain styles of our plastic j channels are also available in sets with the coordinating divider moulding for your convenience. Outwater carries clear plastic cap mouldings that are available in a range of materials such as Butyrate, PVC and Styrolux. These cap mouldings have a variety of different uses including:

The plastic j channel strips are manufactured from Butyrate offer the clearest clarity and come closest to the look of glass, while the Styrolux and PVC mouldings will withstand higher forces of impact and are extremely light weight. A selection of these plastic j channels are available with or without adhesive for easy installation and are also available in a variety of different sizes as well. Our clear plastic j-cap mouldings are produced in manageable sticks and roll lengths in order to provide our customers with added convenience. Outwater additionally offers a selection of specialty cuts including:

• Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• Non-Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
• High Tolerance Secondary Cut: Cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
• In Line Cut: Cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.

All plastic j trims are stocked in our New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making shipping and delivery faster and more cost effective for all of Outwater's customers. Outwater's maintains an extensive collection of stock dies and our in-house engineering allows us to help customers find custom solutions for any of their projects.
