Outwater Industries offers customers access to an extensive inventory of fully stocked products, including our line of plastic threaded tube inserts. The plastic threaded inserts are available in square, round and rectangle styles and are ribbed to fit 16 to 18 gauge tubing. These convenient tube inserts can be used with tubing where the exact size is unknown.

Plastic threaded tube inserts are produced from HDPE plastic with zinc plated steel threaded inserts, which offers great durability. They are often used with tables, displays, leveling devices and more. The three varieties of our plastic threaded tube inserts can be easily inserted into tubing with a snug, friction fit that makes it difficult to remove - even with rough movement. These black threaded inserts come equipped with several different thread sizes, including 1/4-20, and 5/16-18, depending on your preference. They are also available in a range of sizes, which include:

  • 1.25"
  • .075" x 1.5"
  • 2" x 1"
