Aluminum Cap Moulding

Outwater offers a variety of cap moudlings including the aluminum cap mouldings. Our aluminum cap channels are manufactured from 6063 T5 aluminum which provides some corrosion resistant properties and will stand up to high levels of wear and tear, making them perfect for use in outdoor environments. The 6063 T5 aluminum also provides great extrudability and a high-quality finish for all of the mouldings produced. Our aluminum cap mouldings are more cost effective and much lighter than stainless-steel, and can be used in an array of applications including:

• Frames/Signage (Store Fixture/POP)
• Stacked Directories
• Custom Signs and Displays
• Outdoor Signage for Parks, Gas Stations, Etc.

Certain styles of our aluminum j mouldings are also available in sets with the coordinating divider moulding for your convenience. These aluminum cap mouldings are available with or without pre-drilled holes and are available in a variety of different sizes, enabling you to find just the right moulding for your projects. Our aluminum j channels are available in an array of finished including:

• Satin/Clear Anodized- Dull Matte Finish
• Polished/Mechanical- Mirror Like Finish
• Black Powder Coated
• Oil Rubbed Bronze

We offer a color matching program as well, for all of our customers. Our aluminum edge moldings can be matched with a sample or powder coat number. This allows us to help create custom extrusions for our customers. Outwater's extrusions are produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for our customer's convenience. Outwater's extruded profiles are all produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for added convenience in your buying process. For your convenience, Outwater also offers a variety of specialty cuts which include:

• Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• Non-Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
• High Tolerance Secondary Cut: Cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
• In Line Cut: Cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.

Our vast selection of extruded profiles and shapes are stocked in Outwater's New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making delivery and shipping faster and more convenient for every customer. Our in-house engineering allows for the production of custom extrusions to meet our customer's needs.
