Aluminum Corner Channel Moulding

Outwater Industries offers multifunctional corner aluminum extrusions that will stand up to heavy wear and tear. The aluminum joiners are stronger than their plastic counterpart and will add structural integrity to any custom shapes, displays, show cases, and more. All of the aluminum corner channel moldings are manufactured from high quality 6063 T5 aluminum, providing the best extrudability and high-end finish for all products. The 6063 T5 aluminum material also provides some corrosion resistant properties and perform well in humid or damp environments. The aluminum corner channels can be used in a variety of ways including:

• Panel Connectors
• Display and Furniture Construction
• Inside and Outside Corners
• Hiding Seams
• Building Custom Cubes and Kiosks

These slotted aluminum channels are available in a variety of degrees, fit widths, and also come as inside or outside corners, as well as, caps. They are offered in 90 and 135 degrees and a few styles are also available as 2-way corners. Outwater's aluminum corner mouldings are available in a selection of finishes including:

• Mill -Dull Finish
• Satin/Clear Anodized
• Polished Mechanical

We offer a color matching program as well, for all of our customers. Our aluminum edge trims can be matched with a sample or powdercoat number. This allows us to help create custom extrusions for our customers. Outwater's extrusions are produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for our customer's convenience. In addition to our color matching program and manageable roll/stick lengths, Outwater offers several specialty cuts including:

• Standard Cut: cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx
• Non-Standard Cut: cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut
• High Tolerance Secondary Cut: cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance
• In Line Cut: cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths

All channel trims are stocked in our New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making shipping and delivery faster and more cost effective for all of Outwater's customers. Outwater's maintains an extensive collection of stock dies and our in-house engineering allows us to help customers find custom solutions for any of their projects.
