Rectangular Acrylic and Aluminum Bar

Outwater maintains an extensive inventory of products which includes our rectangular acrylic and aluminum bars. The extruded acrylic rods are manufactured from a high-quality acrylic that offers good weather resistance and a high clarity finish. The rectangular aluminum bars can often be used for exhibit booth construction and can be used in display and store fixture manufacturing as structural components. Our rectangular aluminum rods are manufactured from 6063 T5 aluminum which offers some corrosion resistant properties and has a number of great finishes available including Mill, Satin/Clear Anodized and Black Powder Coated. The rectangular acrylic and aluminum bars are included in our large inventory and can be used for a range of different and unique applications including:

Our rectangular acrylic rod can also be used as decorative accents for lighting fixtures and can be used to fabricate customized displays. Both the acrylic and aluminum rectangular bars can be used in a variety of different environments and we currently offer a color matching program for our customers. Outwater's aluminum extrusions can be matched to samples chips and powder coat numbers. Through this program Outwater helps our customers create custom profiles for their projects. Outwater's extruded profiles are all produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for added convenience in your buying process. For your convenience, Outwater also offers a variety of specialty cuts which include:

• Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• Non-Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
• High Tolerance Secondary Cut: Cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
• In Line Cut: Cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.

Outwater stocks all products in our Arizona and New Jersey facilities. This enables us to make shipping and delivery faster and much more cost effective for all of our customers.
