Square Acrylic and Aluminum Bar

Outwater stocks a variety of versatile products including our square acrylic and aluminum bars. The durable aluminum square bars are manufactured from 6063 T5 aluminum which offers great extrudability and some corrosion resistant properties. Our solid acrylic square bars are manufactured from high-quality acrylic that provides great weather resistance and a high clarity finish. These square bars are very multifunctional and can be used in a range of creative applications such as:

Our aluminum square bars can also be used as structural components in display and store fixture manufacturing and exhibit booth construction. The acrylic square bars are very versatile and can be used as decorative accents for custom lighting fixtures. Our selection of square acrylic and aluminum bars are available in a range of popular sizes and the square aluminum bars are available in a selection of finishes including:

• Mill (Dull Finish)
• Satin/Clear Anodized (Dull Matte Finish)
• Black Powder Coated

Outwater currently offers a color matching program for all of the aluminum extrusions. Our aluminum square bars can be matched to a sample or powder coat number which gives our customers the ability to create custom extrusions for their projects. Outwater's extrusions are produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for our customer's convenience. Additionally, Outwater offers several specialty cuts including:

• Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• Non-Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
• High Tolerance Secondary Cut: Cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
• In Line Cut: Cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.

Our vast selection of extruded profiles and shapes are stocked in Outwater's New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making delivery and shipping faster and more convenient for every customer.
