Outwater’s metallic plastic angle mouldings feature finishes that give the illusion of a metal moulding without the high cost. The plastic metallic trim mouldings are much easier to work with than real metal mouldings because they are lightweight and can also be easily cut/fabricated to fit any project on site. Like many of Outwater’s other mouldings, the metallic corner trims are available with or without adhesive in order to provide a smooth installation process. These mouldings have a range of different applications such as:
• Decorative Accents
• Custom Showcases and Displays
• Shelf Edging
These profiles are manufactured from ABS and coated with a Mylar cover. Each of the metallic corner trims feature resistance to scuffing and chemical spills, while also performing well in low temperatures. Outwater’s plastic right angle mouldings are available in a variety of sizes including 3/8”, ½”, and ¾” and come with even or uneven legs. These metallic trim moulding profiles are available in multiple finishes:
• Polished Brass
• Polished Chrome
• Brushed Brass
• Brushed Chrome
Outwater’s plastic injection moldings are produced in manageable roll lengths and sticks for our customer’s convenience. Additionally, Outwater offers several specialty cuts, including:
• Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to specific lengths that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• Non-Standard Cut: Cutting extrusions to sizes other than those specified by the standard cut.
• High Tolerance Secondary Cut: Cutting for immediate jobsite use and specified lengths/tolerance.
• In Line Cut: Cutting for custom extrusions with the highest tolerances for your specified lengths.
Our vast selection of extruded profiles and shapes are stocked in Outwater’s New Jersey and Arizona facilities, making delivery and shipping faster, cost-effective and convenient. Our in-house engineering allows for the production of custom extrusions to meet our customer’s needs.
