Outwater Industries stocks an extensive collection of casters that includes our line of ball transfers with flange. The ball transfers with flange are extremely low profile and can be concealed underneath displays without taking away from the design or style. These wheel casters offer a protective cover and low torque which will extend the life and usage of your caster. These wheels have great rollability over low profile carpets as well as hard surface floorings like wood, tile, and vinyl. These flange mounted casters are easily mounted and can be used in a number of applications including:
• Retail and Store Displays
• Conveyor Systems
• Rolling Carts
The ball transfers with flange are manufactured from Carbon Steel, Nylon and Stainless-Steel materials. The nylon balls are nonmarring and give your floors additional protection, while the stainless-steel balls are corrosion resistant. Our carbon steel balls are very similar to the other two types, but are also more cost effective and extremely durable. All of the ball transfers can be used in either the ball up or ball down position and, depending on the position, offer load ratings of 10lbs to 250lbs per caster. The ball transfers with flange are available in several different ball sizes which include:
• 5/8”
• 1”
• 1-1/2”
In the ball down position these heavy-duty casters also feature omni-directional movement and can be securely mounted to multiple surfaces which makes them a fantastic choice for almost any environment where full mobility is needed. Outwater stocks the ball transfers with flange in both Arizona and New Jersey facilities in order to provide faster and more cost-effective shipping and delivery for all of our customers. If you cannot find the stud mount ball transfer caster to meet your needs, contact our knowledgeable sales staff for information on other caster options.
